Absolutely! We will create a detailed timeline and share it with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page.
What happens if an issue arises on the event day?
That’s what we’re here for! We are experts at handling last-minute hiccups and making sure everything goes smoothly without you even knowing there was a problem.
How many coordinators will be at my event?
This depends on the size and complexity of your event, normally just two, but we will determine the number of coordinators needed to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
How much does a Day-of-Coordinator cost?

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we allow a cancellation two weeks before the event date with 25% of the total fee returned minus the 50% non-refundable fee. Let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we may be able to reschedule based on availability. Suppose an event is postponed due to a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic). In that case, both parties agree to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability and within a year of the original event date.

Yes! We specialize in weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, birthdays, baby showers, and more.
What is your payment policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the final payment three weeks before the event.
