Conduct a walkthrough of the venue (if requested).

Ensure the Client’s tipping envelopes (if applicable) are prepared for distribution.

Vendor Tipping Handouts
The Client may provide labeled envelopes with gratuities for vendors
(e.g., caterers, photographers, DJs, hair/makeup artists, officiants, etc.)
The Coordinator will distribute these envelopes to vendor(s) at the appropriate time, as instructed by the Client. Not Available
If any vendor(s) do not receive their gratuities at the event, the Coordinator will return the envelopes to the Client.
Vendor Tipping Agreement

(Only for Premium or Elite)
The event coordinator is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or missing gratuity envelopes before, during, or after the event. Gratuity envelopes will be placed in a portable safe left in the coordinator’s locked car during the event.
Post-Event
Supervise vendor(s) breakdown and cleanup as per venue contract agreements. Not Available
Confirm all tables, chairs, linens, and decor items are returned or stored properly (excluding rental items).
Ensure the Client’s personal belongings are accounted for and placed in the designated location provided by the client.
